Ingredients:
Celery
Green Onions
Green bell pepper
1 can Tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
Onions
Hungarian Paprika or chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Olive oil
2 lbs. fresh shrimp, devein!
In a large skillet, pour about 3 tbs. of olive oil in medium heat. Cut onions, celery and green bell pepper. Put it in medium heat pan. Add Hungarian. Stir until it's golden brown. Turn off the pan.
Transfer to slow cooking pot. Add tomato sauce and can of diced tomatoes. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Add more paprika for more spice (optional). Stir and slow cooked in medium or low heat for 3 hours.
Add 1 lbs. shrimp, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with steamed rice :D Enjoy
