[HELP] Bluetooth File Transfer in win7

pahelp naman po. i have this friend na kabibili lang nya ng notebook nya..tapos she was trying to use bluetooth, kaso ayaw gumana ung nakainstall na bluetooth file transfer...

'bluetooth file transfer not completed.

the file could not be sent because the connection could not be established. check to make sure the Bluetooth radio is plugged in.'

me bluetooth device po ba na built in ung notebook? if meron naka ON po ba? Dapat straight forward lang dapat un :)

@ t.s. ganyan din problema ko hehe! Eee pc notebook hindi ko rin mapagana hanggang ngayon bluetooth ko.
