PORK LONGGANISA

SANGKAP:
Ground pork (meat lean) 600gram
Ground back fat 400g
Salt 20g or 5tsp+ ¼ tsp
Sugar 90g or 12tsp
Prague Powder 4g or ¼ + 1/8 tsp
MSG (vetsin) 4g or 1 tsp
Black pepper 5g or 2tsp + ½ tsp
Phosphates 3g or 1 tsp
Water 60ml or ¼ c
Garlic (pino) 10g or 2 Tbsp + ¼ tsp
Cornstarch 1g or 2 Tbsp
Pineapple juice 30ml or 2 Tbsp
Plastic wrap 25pcs
Polyethylene Plastic (for packaging) 4pcs


PARAAN:
1.Ilagay ang giniling na karne sa isang malinis na lalagyan.
2.Ihalo ang taba ng baboy.
3.Tunawin ang “Prague powder” sa 2 kutsarang tubig.
4.Ihalo sa pinagsamang karne at taba.
5.Paghaluin ang mga ibang sangkap at ihalo sa giniling.
6.Palamigin ng magdamag sa refrigerator.
7.Balutin ang isang kutsarang giniling sa plastic wrap.
8.Ilagay ang anim na pirasong nabalot na longganisa sa polyethylene bag.
